The Citizen Scientist in the News
Articles in The Citizen Scientist are sometimes cited elsewhere on the web. "Using a data logger to record the temperature inside a beehive" was partially reproduced and linked to TCS in the Make Magazine blog here.
Phyllis B. George is editor of The Backbender's Gazette, the Newsletter of the Houston Gem & Mineral Society. Recently Ms. George learned that The Citizen Scientist had profiled Scott W. Singleton, a professional geologist and a special kind of amateur scientist, in an editorial entitled "Meet Scott W. Singleton, Another Kindred Spirit." She asked permission to reprint our story in her newsletter, and the result can be found in the April 2007 issue of The Backbender's Gazette.
If you find links to TCS online that might be of interest to fellow readers, please send them here so we can share them.
