Open Wide
Cali Maxie
This photo was taken at the San Antonio
Zoo on 12 September 2005 using a Dimage Z2.
It was amazing to have such a good look inside the cat's
mouth. To see those powerful jaws opened so wide, revealing
its stretched tongue and huge teeth, made me pause to
think about the superb design of this predator.
