Just humming around

Hummingbirds are not easy to photograph. This very nice picture is by Greg Randall, who writes, "I believe this is a female ruby-throat hummingbird [Archilochus colubris]. This picture was taken with a Sony DSC F-828 mounted on a tripod. The exposure time was 1/2000th of a second."
