30 April 2004 Well deserved cheers for George Hrabovsky, President of MAST George I also read a few of your columns. You seem to have an amazing ability to take difficult mathematical processes and make them understandable. Sure wish I had taken differential equations from you back when. Ron Amundson Thanks, Ron, for allowing us to share this with readers of The Citizen Scientist. George Hrabovsky has a rare gift of being able to both comprehend and explain in an understandable manner a broad range of complex mathematical concepts. His many articles have provided The Citizen Scientist, formerly the E-Bulletin, with a firm foundation in mathematics, the language of science. Forrest M. Mims III, Editor. |
