Pangaea Scientific's QUAKE allows you to simulate earthquakes on your home computer.

Indiana State University has produced a nice selection of Java applets demonstrating various aspects of physics. Especially useful is an applet that allows you plot any function and change the attributes of your graph. Also see the Vector Calculator and other files.
