A Tornado and a Break

by George Hrabovsky, President of MAST

News from MAST

Well, I am married, and Dianna and I have had a great honeymoon. Here are some pictures. Don't count on more extensive columns since she is moving in over the next week and a half (and she is moving 300 miles).

Here are some pictures of a tornado we encountered just south of Madison last Friday. Here we see a very nice wallcloud when we first saw it behind a hill.

Here is what the tornado looked like at a distance; we didn't know the tornado was there until we looked over our pictures very carefully.

We had a great time and called it in to the National Weather Service.
